Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vehicle rental services provided by SoCal Luxury Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid U.S. driver's license
• Have an acceptable driving record
• Pass our background screening process
• Be an approved driver on at least one gig platform (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.)
• Provide valid proof of identity

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement specifies the rental period, vehicle, pricing, and any additional terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall prevail.

3. Authorized Use

Rental vehicles may be used for:

• Approved rideshare and gig economy platforms
• Personal transportation

Vehicles may NOT be used for:

• Subleasing or re-renting to another party
• Racing, off-road driving, or stunt activities
• Transporting illegal goods or substances
• Towing without prior written approval
• Driving outside the continental United States without written consent

4. Insurance Coverage

Each rental includes comprehensive insurance coverage as specified in your Rental Agreement. You are responsible for any deductibles applicable to claims. Coverage details will be provided at the time of rental. You must report any accident or incident immediately.

5. Payment Terms

Rental fees are due as specified in your Rental Agreement. A security deposit may be required. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. Late payments may result in vehicle repossession and additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Vehicle Care & Maintenance

You are responsible for:

• Returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received
• Reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Basic vehicle care (keeping it reasonably clean)
• Ensuring the battery has adequate charge for safe operation
• Not modifying or tampering with the vehicle in any way

7. Damage & Liability

You are liable for all damage to the vehicle that occurs during your rental period, subject to the insurance coverage provided. We reserve the right to charge you for any unreported damage discovered upon vehicle return. Damage caused by negligence or intentional misconduct is your full responsibility.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental rate. No-shows are non-refundable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement immediately and repossess the vehicle, without refund, if you violate any of these Terms, fail to make timely payments, are arrested or cited for a serious traffic violation, or use the vehicle for unauthorized purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoCal Luxury Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our rental vehicles or services, including but not limited to lost earnings, loss of business, or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
